This guide walks through the process of setting up OBS for conducting large-scale webinars on Graphy.

Start by downloading the OBS application.

Step 1: Open a web browser and search for OBS.

Step 2: Navigate to the download link and download the version compatible with your system.

After downloading, proceed with the installation. Upon successful installation, the OBS home screen appears.

Step 3: Familiarize yourself with the OBS home screen. The black area at the top is the preview section.

Next, explore the Scenes section. Scenes create different views or setups for broadcasts, acting as visual templates that display various elements on screens for learners.

Step 4: Add a scene and rename it.

Step 5: Next, add sources to the scene. Sources render video, audio, or any kind of input to the scenes. Select the scene where you want to add sources and click on the plus icon to add.

Step 6: For "intro", add a video as a media source. Name the source and browse for the video in your storage.

Step 7: To add new sources, select "screen recording" and click on the plus icon. If using a Mac device, select "macOS screen capture".

Step 8: Rename the screen capture and select the method. For this guide, we're selecting "display capture". If using multiple displays, choose the appropriate display.

Step 9: Click on "okay". Rearrange the screen size to fit your requirements.

Step 10: Next, set up the basic mic and audio. Add transition type and duration between scenes.

Step 11: Finally, choose the streaming service. Go to "settings" and select "stream". Choose the streaming service for the video.

Step 12: Select "custom" service. Add the server URL and streaming key from the live class screen.

Step 13: After adding all the details, set up the advanced settings as needed. Click on "start streaming" to begin.

Step 14: Record the stream on your local device by clicking on "Start Recording".

Step 15: To stop the stream, click on "stop screen".
