In this article, we will guide you through the overview of the Reports tab.
What are Reports?
It is a powerful feature to analyze your sales, engagement, and other metrics across all your courses, packages, and memberships.
Go to the left navigation bar and click on the Reports icon.
Under reports you will see four sections:
- Overview
- Transactions
- Webinars
- Traffic
Overview
The Overview section provides a comprehensive analysis of your platform's key metrics.
Under this tab, you will see-
- Overview: Under this section, you will find the overview of all the key metrics of your platform which includes total revenue, new signups, new enrollments, active users, and total time spent by the users on your platform.
- Sales: It summarizes all your account transactions, detailing the total number of transactions, the number of successful transactions, and the total transaction amount.
- Bandwidth and usage: It provides information about the utility of different features of your platform. It includes active users on your platform, total time spent by the users, and the data consumed by them.
- School activity: It gives an overview of average daily classes and tests conducted across all courses.
Transactions
The transactions section provides an in-depth breakdown of the sales data which helps you to track the total revenue earned and refunds made.
Under this tab, you will see-
- Data of each transaction on your platform, including date, user’s name, amount, course or package name, payment, and settlement status.
- You can filter your transaction data by course, package, channels, etc.
- Click on Export CSV to export the data in CSV format.
Webinars
The Webinar section gives you a clear view of your webinar performance and helps you manage your events easily.
Under this tab, you will see-
- The total number of registrations, participants, and the total revenue earned.
- Click on the tabs- Upcoming and Past to view the respective webinars.
- You will find detailed information about upcoming and past events which includes- registrations, participants, attendees, and revenue collected.
Traffic
The creators can now track, analyze, and optimize their website traffic sources. Here are some of the use cases that they can immediately explore:
- Where is the most traffic coming from?
- Which city has the biggest user base?
- Which ads are bringing in the most traffic?
- What language does their user base speak?...and much more!
Simply visit Reports > Traffic section in the side navigation bar
Note: This is only available for the paid users with new left nav enabled.
