How can I change the tone and style of my AI Avatar?

Your AI Agent’s tone and style define how it communicates with users, whether friendly, professional, playful, or motivational. Changing these settings helps your agent match your brand personality and improve user engagement.

Step 1: Set the right Tone and Style

Navigate to Products > AI Avatar > View details

Step 2: Go to Behaviour from profile and then Tone & Style.

Tone and style is generated based on your social handles that you have added in AI Brain, but you can fine-tune it to sound exactly like how you speak.
Choose whether your agent should be friendly, professional, casual, motivational, or formal. This sets the overall emotional and social “vibe” of your responses.
Example:
If you select a friendly tone, your agent might greet learners like:
"Hi there! I’m excited to help you with this. Don’t worry, we’ll go step by step and make it easy to understand!"
This tone creates a warm, approachable atmosphere.

If you choose professional, it could respond with:
"Hello. Here are the instructions for completing this task. Please follow each step carefully."
This makes the interaction more formal and structured

Customize pacing, sentence structure, vocabulary, level of detail, and personality traits. Decide if responses should be concise, story-driven, humorous, or highly informative.
Example:
For a concise & informative style, the agent might say:
"Open the dashboard, click AI Avatar, then select ‘View Details’ to continue."

For a story-driven style, it could say:
"Picture this: you open your dashboard and right there, your AI Avatar is ready, guiding you through every click as if you had a personal coach by your side."

For a playful style, it could say:
"Your AI Avatar is like a friendly sidekick — ready to answer your questions, give tips, and maybe even throw in a fun fact to keep things interesting!"
This helps your avatar adopt a consistent and accurate communication style that matches your brand or subject.
