How to train AI Avatar
Step 1: Navigate to the Brain section
Open your Graphy dashboard
From the left nav bar, select AI Avatars
Click on Brain
Step 2: Add content to your Brain
The Brain section is where you upload all the content your Avatar will learn from. This is the foundation of your Avatar’s knowledge and responses.
Under Add content, you’ll find the following options:
1. Sync Asset Library (The Smart Creator's Shortcut)
Best for: Creators who already have courses, packages, or memberships on Graphy
- Instead of uploading content again, instantly sync everything you've already created
- Course PDFs and workbooks → Your Avatar can reference specific modules and lessons
- Student handouts and checklists → Perfect for answering "What do I need to do next?"
- Welcome guides and orientation materials → Helps new students get started
How it works:
- Go to Add Content → Sync Asset Library
- Select File and Sync.
- Use filters to find content by course name, product type, or date
- Select the files you want your Avatar to learn from
- Pro tip: For a Sales Avatar, prioritize course outlines and success stories. For Support Avatars, focus on FAQs and troubleshooting guides.
2. Website (Let Your Site Do the Teaching)
Best for: Creators with comprehensive websites or blogs
Your website is already selling your expertise—now let it train your Avatar too.
How it works:
- Navigate to Add Content→ Website → Add now
- Enter your website or blog URL
Best practices:
- Include your main course landing pages
- Add blog posts that answer common student questions
- Include your about page for personality and background
3. Socials

Your social media posts already showcase your personality and expertise. Now use them to teach your Avatar how you really communicate.
What your Avatar learns:
- Your natural tone and communication style
- How you explain complex concepts simply
- Your unique phrases and expressions
How it works:
- Go to Socials → Add Content
- Paste links to your public social media profiles
- The system processes your public content
4. Uploads (Your Custom Content Library)
Best for: Specific documents that aren't in your existing products and upload targeted content that fills gaps in your Avatar's knowledge.
Recommended uploads:
- Workshop transcripts → Captures your live teaching style
- Interview recordings → Shows your expertise in action
- Course outlines → Helps with detailed course explanations
- Student Q&A compilations → Prepares Avatar for common questions
How it works:
- Navigate to Add Content→ Uploads
- Select files from your device and upload
Supported formats: PDFs, text documents, audio files, videos
Upload strategy:
- Start with your most frequently referenced materials
- Include content that showcases your unique methodology
- Add recent materials to keep your Avatar current
5. Snippets (Quick Knowledge Boosts)
Best for: Specific answers, FAQs, and quick updates
Perfect for filling knowledge gaps or adding specific responses.
Ideal snippet content:
- Course FAQs: "How long is this course?" → "The Digital Marketing Mastery course is 8 weeks long with 2-3 hours of content per week."
- Troubleshooting answers: "I can't access my course materials" → "Check your spam folder for the welcome email, or contact support at..."
How it works:
- Navigate to Add Content→ Snippets → Add now
- Paste or type your content directly
- Add context to help your Avatar use it appropriately
- Save and your Avatar immediately learns the new information
Monitor the unanswered questions and keep on adding them as questions and answers so that your Avatar learns from it.
