How can I use my existing course content to power the Avatar’s responses?

What is synced content for AI Avatar?

Synced content allows you to use materials you've already uploaded to your Graphy courses, packages, and memberships to train your AI Avatar. Instead of uploading content again, you can pull from your existing library to power your Avatar's knowledge base.

How to sync asset library

Step 1: Access AI Avatar settings

1. Go to your Graphy dashboard

2. Click on AI Avatars from the left navbar and go to Brain

3. This opens the training data section where you can add content

Step 2: Click on Synced assets 

Step 3: Click on Sync Now and choose the content that you want your Avatar to be trained on

Step 4: Sync the content

1. Click "Sync" to confirm your selections

2. The Avatar will immediately start learning from the selected materials

3. Processing typically takes a few minutes depending on content volume

Troubleshooting synced content

1. Check if the sync process completed successfully

2. Add more comprehensive content if responses are incomplete

3. Remove conflicting or outdated materials. 

4. If the assets are in failed stage then you can retry to get it processed again.
