How to add Snippets?

Text snippets provide a quick method to train your AI Avatar with essential information and frequently asked learner queries. This feature allows you to input short text content directly into your Avatar's knowledge base without requiring file uploads. 

Advantages of Text Snippets

Using text snippets enables you to:

• Input content rapidly without document creation
• Store frequently asked questions with answers
• Add key course features and benefits
• Include definitions, summaries, and brief instructions
• Train your Avatar with reusable facts for learner interactions

To add a Snippet-

Step 1: Access Avatar Training

1. Open your Graphy Dashboard
2. Select AI Avatars from the left navigation
3. Navigate to the Brain section

Step 2: Locate Snippets Section

1. Under Training Data, click on Snippets

Step 3: Add text snippet or Q&A

1. Click Add now

For Question & Answer Format:

• Enter your question in the Question field.
• Provide your response in the Answer section
• Click Upload to add it in your Avatar's brain.

For Text Snippet Format:

• Create a descriptive Title (e.g., "Course Overview" or "Key Benefits")
• Add your content in the Description field
• Click Upload to complete

Optimization Guidelines

• Maintain concise, focused, and clear content
• Write in conversational, simple language
• Organize related information under descriptive titles
• Create multiple targeted snippets rather than lengthy single entries
