How to manage content in AI Brain

Created by Ayush Sharma, Modified on Fri, 3 Oct at 7:14 PM by Ayush Sharma

Adding data in your AI Brain will automatically assign content to an Agent or Avatar. Think of it like a teacher sharing lessons with students. Whatever you put into the Brain notes, lessons, files, social posts gets automatically shared with your Agent and Avatar. This way, they always have the correct knowledge to answer questions.

How to Assign Data to Brain:

Step 1: From left navbar select AI Brain.

The AI Brain has 5 sections where you can add different types of content. All content from these sections gets automatically shared with your Agent and Avatar:

AllShows everything you’ve added in AI Brain. Think of it as your complete knowledge library.

Synced Assets: Best for creators who already have courses, packages, or memberships on Graphy

  • Instead of uploading content again, instantly sync everything you've already created
  • Course PDFs and workbooks → Your Avatar can reference specific modules and lessons
  • Student handouts and checklists → Perfect for answering "What do I need to do next?"
  • Welcome guides and orientation materials → Helps new students get started

How it works:
Go to Add Content → Sync Asset Library

Select File and Sync.

WebsitesBest for creators with comprehensive websites or blogs. Your website is already selling your expertise—now let it train your Agent and Avatar too.

  • Makes your Agent/Avatar sound like you by picking up your tone and style from your social media.

You can add your social media handles to import public posts from platforms like YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn.

UploadsBest for specific documents that aren't in your existing products and upload targeted content that fills gaps in your Avatar's knowledge.

Files are uploaded from your desktop or imported from YouTube (videos, documents, media)

  • Great for course materials, study notes, presentations, or lesson plans.

  • Learners can ask about specific topics, and your Agent and Avatar can answer using the exact materials you’ve created.

  • Makes your Agent and Avatar highly accurate because they reference your actual teaching resources.

Add Content→ Uploads

You can add files like PDFs, worksheets, presentations, videos.

SnippetsBest for specific answers, FAQs, and quick updates. Perfect for filling knowledge gaps or adding specific responses.

  • Ensures your Agent and Avatar can quickly answer common questions.

  • Keeps responses short, clear, and ready-to-use.

  • Perfect for things like: “What’s the course duration?” or “How do I submit an assignment?”

Navigate to Add Content→ Snippets

  • Paste or type your content directly
  • Add context to help your Avatar use it appropriately
  • Save and your Avatar immediately learns the new information
