AI Brain is Graphy’s centralized knowledge base that powers your AI Agent and Avatar. Think of it as the library of everything you know and create. By storing your content here whether it’s social media, websites, or course materials you make your Agent and Avatar smarter, more accurate, and more personalized.
Why this matters:
Your AI Agent will answer learner questions in your own tone and style.
Your Avatar will stay consistent with your expertise and brand.
You save time since your AI can automatically use your existing content.
How to add data:
Step 1: Navigate to AI brain
Open your Graphy dashboard.
From the left navbar, select AI Brain and click on Continue.
Step 2: You have three ways to feed your AI Brain. Pick the one that best matches your content sources—or use all three for best results.
Method 1: Connect your social media accounts
Let your Agent/Avatar access your public posts, videos, and updates. This ensures they can share insights directly from your social media presence.
- Add your social media handles like YouTube, Instagram, X(Twitter), LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok
- Example:
https://www.youtube.com/@LearningWithSam
Just copy the part @LearningWithSam
Only publicly available data will be used. This means your AI Brain can access the content that anyone on the internet can already see (such as your public posts, videos, and blogs). Private data—like DMs, personal messages, or locked accounts will never be collected or used.
Method 2: Add website URL
Add the link of your website, blog, or portfolio, this will allow AI Brain to pull knowledge directly from there.
- Click 'Add a website URL'
- Enter your website. It can be your website, blogs or portfolio (e.g. www.atishmathur.com)
Method 3: Upload files
Best for course creators and educators. Uploading your teaching material ensures your AI can answer learner queries with precision.
- Click 'Upload files'
- Select from supported file types: Text, PDF, CSV, JSON, etc.
- You can upload multiple files including:
- Course materials (lesson plans, study notes, presentations)
- Text documents (articles, transcripts, blog drafts, written content)
- Spreadsheets (student data, schedules, structured information in CSV/Excel format
Step 3: After uploading, click Continue.
Step 4: Manage Your Data
Keeping your AI Brain updated ensures that your Agent and Avatar always sound accurate, and aligned with your expertise. You can manage your content in two ways:
Delete Content
Tick the checkbox next to the item and click Delete.
Remove outdated files or old posts so your AI doesn’t give learners irrelevant answers.
