Where can I access all conversations of my Agent?

Your AI Agent engages with learners by providing answers to their queries. You can monitor and analyze all these interactions directly through the Graphy dashboard to maintain response quality and enhance overall performance.

Steps to follow-

Step 1: Go to AI Agent from the left navbar

Step 2: Click on Conversations

Step 3: You’ll see two tabs here:

1. Chats- This section shows all chat conversations between the users and the Agent.

  • Read the full chat by clicking on any chat.

  • Filter chats by:

    • Channel (e.g., Web, Android, iOS)
Use this to see where the conversation happened: Web, Android, or iOS.

Example: If you only want to check chats from mobile users, select Android and iOS.

    • Reaction
Shows how learners responded to the AI Agent’s answers.

Learners can flag a conversation if they don’t like the response.

Example: You can filter chats to see only the flagged conversations, helping you identify answers that need improvement or further training.

    • Date range
Lets you view conversations within a specific period.

Example: Check chats from the last week or last month to see trends in user queries.

    • Audience segment (Logged out, free and paid users)
Logged out users: People interacting without logging in

Free users: Users on a free plan

Paid users: Subscribers or paying customers

Example: You might want to focus on paid users to see if they are getting prompt and accurate responses.

2. Notifications- This tab highlights user questions the Agent didn’t answer.

  • Total count of unanswered questions shown in blue color in below screenshot.

Actions You Can Take:

  • Respond directly to the user.

  • Skip the question if it doesn't need attention.

  • Copy the message and add it as a snippet in Brain to train it.

Answering an Unanswered question from the Notifications tab will add that Q&A as a snippet in Brain.
