Why Has My Account Been Blocked?
Your Graphy account has been blocked by our risk team due to policy violations or security concerns. These measures are taken to ensure compliance with our platform guidelines and to protect the integrity of the marketplace. Below are some common reasons why your account may have been blocked:
Possible Reasons for Account Blocking:
- Unusual Activity: If your course or product has an unusually high number of transactions, it may be flagged for review.
- Copied or Infringing Content: The content you have uploaded may be copied from another creator or infringe on intellectual property rights.
- Inappropriate Content: Graphy strictly prohibits adult content or any other inappropriate material from being created and sold on the platform.
- Violations of Terms of Service: Any attempt to bypass platform restrictions or engage in unauthorized activities can lead to account suspension.
- Pricing Restrictions for Free Creators: If you are a free creator, your product pricing should not exceed ₹5000. Additionally, if a learner attempts to purchase your course using an international number, it may trigger a security review.
How to Resolve This Issue:
- Review and Update Your Content: Ensure that all content uploaded on the platform is original and does not violate copyright laws.
- Contact Support: Once you have made the necessary updates, reach out to care@graphy.comwith the following details:

- If a Transaction Has Been Made: If a learner has successfully purchased your course, please share a screenshot of the email where the learner confirms the purchase (including their email ID) and states that they are satisfied with the content.
Please note that until your account is verified, your settlement and your payment gateway will be blocked. Once the account is released, the settlement will also be processed and settled in your bank account within 3 working days.
