If your learner is unable to access the course after paying an installment, there could be several reasons for this issue. Here are some steps to troubleshoot and resolve the problem:
Check Payment Confirmation
Ensure that the payment has been successfully processed and confirmed by Graphy. Sometimes, there might be a delay in payment confirmation.
- Click on the three dots and download the invoice,
- Once you have downlaoded the invoice please check if this payment has been mapped as a part payment or not, which you can verify, by checking the invoice.
Verify Course Enrollment
1. Go to Users, then click on Learners and then on the arrow button
2. Then check the status of the payment.
Contact Graphy Support
If the issue persists, it is recommended to contact Graphy’s support team at care@graphy.com. Provide them with the learner’s account details and the specific issue faced.
