How to enable double opt-in for your marketing emails?

As a global platform, we provide options for policies across countries. It is our responsibility to ensure the privacy of your learners.


Steps to enable double opt-in for your marketing emails 

Go to 'Settings' from your dashboard. Then go 'Customization' and 'Signup and Login'. 


Scroll down and simply enable the toggle button to 'Enable double opt-in for marketing.'

Note: When you enable this setting, your learners must confirm their subscription to your marketing content while signing up and via email to start receiving promotional emails.


Now, let's see how this will appear to your learners. 

1. If your learner is signing up via your course website, they'' have to fill in their personal details. If they want to receive promotional and informational emails from you, they can click on the box as shown in the image below. 

Then after agreeing to the 'Terms of Use & Privacy Policy', they can click on the 'Create New Account' button. 


Note: If your learner clicks on the box agreeing to receive promotional and instructional emails from you, they will receive an email that asks them to subscribe.


2. If your learner is signing up via your mobile application, they will need to fill in their personal details.

If they want to receive promotional and informational emails from you, they can click on the box as shown below in the image.

Then after agreeing to the 'Terms of Use & Privacy Policy', they can click on the 'Sign up’ button.


Note: If your learner clicks on the box agreeing to receive promotional and instructional emails from you, they will receive an email that asks them to subscribe.
